To improve Shaggy's services, all information you provide, including but not limited to your Discord account ID, username, avatar and servers you are in may be used.
All of the metadata (not content) of the messages sent in your server will be used, logged and stored for seven days to provide the Auto Moderation feature.
When using Shaggy's website or dashboard, the information you provide, including but not limited to your Discord account ID, username, avatar and servers you are may in be used for debugging, to improve Shaggy's features or to help you with any issues.
When using Shaggy in your Discord server, you allow leteaa to see and process all of your server's information Shaggy has access to.
By using Shaggy's social media notifications service you are agreeing that Shaggy reads information from your connected social media accounts (Twitch) and may publish it without further notification. You can disconnect them at any time using Twitch's official way on how to disconnect an application from your account.
Shaggy may log all messages posted on your server, including but not limited to your guild's ID, the author's ID, channel ID, message ID, attachment count, mention count, Auto Moderation Words Groups IDs, Auto Moderation Links Groups IDs and Auto Moderation Discord Invites Groups IDs for seven days, after that the stored messages will automatically be deleted. This does not include any type of message content. This is only done to provide the Auto Moderation feature. Shaggy does not store or log any message contents.
You are able to upload images from your device when accessing Shaggy's Welcome Messages Dashboard. You agree to only upload images you own or otherwise have sufficient intellectual property rights. Your uploaded images won't be deleted from Shaggy's servers by default but may be subject of a mass purge when your Discord server no longer uses Shaggy. Please contact me via direct message on Discord to request an instant deletion of your custom images uploaded using Shaggy's dashboard.
All servers and databases used to provide Shaggy's services are not available to the public. Some information may be available through designated endpoints but only with correct authorization.
Although I am doing my best to protect your information, I advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can guarantee absolute data security. I am not liable for any data loss or data breach.
Your Discord authentication information provided by you when logging into Shaggy's dashboard is being stored for until u stop using Shaggy.
When removing Shaggy from your server, all of your data stored will be deleted instantly. This may not apply to backups or log data.
If not said otherwise, your data won't be deleted from Shaggy's servers unless you explicitly want me to do so. If so, contact me via support ticket on the Shaggy Discord.
